We want to make sure you love our products. If there is a printing error or a visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it. For any quality issue, please make sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include them in your email to contact@support.trendhunters.ro. This quick and simple step will help us provide a fast resolution.

Since products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or size-related returns.

CANCELLATION

Product Order Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made-to-order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can modify your order at any time before production begins.

Once your order has entered production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to resolve any quality issues.

Donation and Tip Cancellation Policy

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed the purchase for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund them.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time via your profile settings page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after the current subscription period ends. There is no refund or cancellation for the current subscription period.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS / QUALITY ISSUES

For the fastest resolution, include a photo showing the printing quality issue or the damaged area of the item along with your order number. The best images are on a flat surface, with the label and defect clearly visible.

REFUND POLICIES

Product Order Refund Policy

Since products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photo showing the quality issue.

  • PayPal: All processed refunds will appear in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

  • Credit Card: All refunds processed through your credit/debit card will appear back in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donation and Tip Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, we cannot cancel or refund the donation or tips.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the subscription period. There is no refund for the current active subscription period.

Blocked Message Refund Policy

Blocked messages are non-refundable. Once payment is completed, we cannot cancel or refund the blocked message. If you have trouble accessing the blocked message after payment, please contact us >>HERE<<. We will be happy to resolve the issue and find a solution for you.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL FEES ON MY ORDER IF I AM LOCATED OUTSIDE THE USA?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees. Fees vary by country and, at this time, we cannot calculate them in advance. For more information about your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee is indeed imposed on your package, you are responsible for paying it.
